This area was heavily contested during the war, and Agent Orange defoliated
most of it. However, with help from the US and other countries, it is now a major producer of coffee, bananas, flowers and silk for both domestic and foreign trade. Here are a few photos from the Dalat area.

We visited Dalat University which has about 18,000 students. These are my 2 student friends who escorted me around their campus. We had a lot of fun practicing their English.
