In Hue yesterday afternoon we visited a private orphanage that is run by Buddhist nuns. It is partly funded by our tour company, Grand Circle/ Overseas Adventure Travel. We were encouraged to bring something from home to give the children. There are 179 children ranging in age from infants to about 20 years old. They were expecting us and, when we arrived, the youngest children who weren't in school came running to meet us. Here are a few photos from the orphanage visit.
