Nov. 13-15 Zimbabwe

Our fifth and last camp was in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. The terrain and wildlife were similar to the last camp, but we had three unique "Learning and Discovery" experiences there:  shopping in a grocery store, visiting a primary school and visiting a village.  My photos will highlight them.

Sku, our tour manager, is from Zimbabwe . He took us to a grocery store and asked if we would donate $5 to buy essential items for a local village we'd be visiting .

We all agreed, and he gave us each a short grocery list---in African!  The goal was to get us to ask for help from fellow shoppers or store employees.  It was a fun experience. After shopping, we loaded the purchases in the minibus to take to the village.
