Dublin part 2

We visited St. Patrick's Cathedral.  It was founded in 1191 and is the largest church in Ireland.  Between 1547-1564, during the English Reformation, it was an Anglican church.  Stones on which St Patrick is said to have baptized people and a trio of beautiful stained glass windows depicting his life are there. Jonathon Swift preached and is buried there also.

One of our last stops in Dublin was at the iconic Trinity College to see the Book of Kells. The Book of Kells is one of the finest and most famous illustrated manuscripts of the Four Gospels produced from the late 6th through the early 9th centuries in monasteries in Ireland and Scotland.
