Where we've been geographically

This is the Irish flag.  Because of  Ireland's long and relatively recent struggle for independence,  national pride is very strong here.  Any "properly" served meal will display the country's colors.  So we often see carrots, salad greens or broccoli, and almost always potatoes.

We started in County Dublin, then southwest to County Kildare, further west to County Tipperary, north to County Limerick, south to County Cork, and tonight (Tuesday) we're in County Killarney, further north.

The Irish say their cows make the best ice cream.  I agree!!
