There are horses and then there are HORSES!

We've had two encounters with horses in the last few days. Ireland has limestone - enriched soil like Kentucky which makes it especially good for horsebreeding  (who knew?) Ireland is world renowned for its contributions to the Sport of Kings.  On a recent 3 day visit to Ireland, Queen Elizabeth visited three horse farms here!
